Cancellation Policy
At Kaitlin Ashley Hair, we understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may change. For your convenience and peace of mind, please note that unless of an illness or emergency there will be a 50% cancellation fee if appointment is canceled less than 48 hours before your appointment. If you need to reschedule I please ask for a 24 hour notice. A no show fee of 100% will be applied and must be paid before I accept any future appointments. Thank you for your understanding.
